Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and DSD delivery across the Indiana territory.

You will build strong customer relationships, optimize displays, and drive sales growth through data-driven strategies and HQ programs. You will manage a team of merchandisers, coach performance, and ensure flawless rollout of priorities while maintaining safety and compliance across partnered retailers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of selling experience in a consumer/retail environment.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: manage and coach Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: ensure flawless rollout of priorities and programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: provide expert on-site sales consultation and HQ program execution.
• Plan for Growth: tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build Relationships: cultivate partnerships with store personnel for opportunities.
• Optimize Resources: deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Champion Store Success: oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Own the Cadence: design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: operate within safety guidelines.
