Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Remote Retail Territory Manager to oversee DSD execution and drive sales across designated Minnesota accounts. You will build strong customer relationships, optimize displays, and energize retail partners to achieve top-tier results.

The role blends strategy with hands-on field leadership, guiding merchandisers, coordinating with store teams, and delivering HQ programs while maintaining safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes.
• Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending; up to 25 lbs; occasional over 50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs for growth.
