Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in Illinois to lead Direct Store Delivery, drive in-store execution, and energize a multi-city retail territory. You will cultivate customer relationships, coach merchandisers, and ensure on-shelf excellence across brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy!

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with valid state driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong business-process understanding.
• Physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional over 50 lbs.
• Background checks including drug test and MVR.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
