Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Stamford District, covering the Morristown, NJ area. You will drive store level sales, manage promotions, and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items across classes of trade.

The role requires strong relationship skills with KDMs, data-driven decision making, and merchandising excellence. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Partner and collaborate with KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Cultivate a network of influential contacts to achieve sales objectives.
• Analyze store, product and market data to build business insights.
• Engage in forward selling and merchandising opportunities to maximize incremental sales.
