Job summary

The Hershey Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to flawlessly execute store-level sales and promotion plans with key retailers in a high-volume territory.

You will develop consultative partnerships with KDMs, drive incrementals, manage merchandising and promotions, and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items across all classes of trade. The role demands drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative business relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Partner and collaborate with KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Leverage strategic relationships with KDMs to influence merchandising of Hershey products.
• Obtain and analyze store, product, and market data to inform decisions.
• Review routes to maximize business efficiencies for sales calls.
• Engage in forward selling and maximize display opportunities at the sales floor.
