Job summary

The Hershey Company in Gilbert/Queen Creek AZ is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level execution with retailers in a high-volume territory. The role focuses on promotional and merchandising strategies and ensuring 100% distribution of Hershey items across all classes of trade.

The TSL will build consultative partnerships with KDMs, analyze data, and develop action plans to increase sales.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma is required/preferred.
• 2-year degree or 3 years of sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Business Partnering with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales and store performance.
• Obtain and analyze store, product and market data to inform decisions.
• Maximize sales and merchandising opportunities through store walkthroughs and commitments.

Education

GED or HS Diploma

2-year Associate/Community College degree OR 3 years of previous sales experience

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
