Job summary

The Hershey Company in Chapel Hill NC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level execution for high-volume retailers. You will master promotional and merchandising strategies and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items across channels.

The ideal candidate is driven, entrepreneurial, and able to build consultative partnerships with KDMs, analyze data, and lead field sales, merchandising, and administrative tasks in a dynamic territory.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree OR 3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Business Partnering: build and nurture relationships with KDMs.
• Customer Relationship Development and Management: drive plans to grow sales.
• Data Analysis: review store data and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Sales: engage in forward selling and gain commitments from KDMs.
• Merchandising: execute promotional plans and maintain displays.
• Administrative Responsibilities: submit daily/weekly activity reports.
