Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level sales and promotional execution across high-volume grocers in Gilbert/Queen Creek, AZ. You will master retail plans, influence KDMs, and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items across trade channels.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Business Partnering with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales with KDMs.
• Use data to optimize routes and merchandising opportunities for maximum SKUs and promotions.
• Submit daily/weekly activity and expense reports using company tools.
