Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to cover Jamestown NY, Bradford PA, Warren PA, and Lakewood NY. You will ensure flawless execution of store-level sales and promotions with major retailers across the territory, driving incremental sales and maintaining 100% distribution for Hershey products.

You will build consultative relationships with KDMs, analyze data to optimize routes and strategies, and work with merchandising teams to maximize in-store presence.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• An associate degree or 3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with customer key decision makers.
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales with KDMs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer decision makers at all levels.
• Analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions.
• Drive incremental sales through merchandising and promotions.
• Complete daily/weekly activity, expense and promotions reports.

Education
