Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Delaware River region (Media, PA / Wilmington, DE). The TSL ensures flawless execution of store-level sales and promotional plans with customer retailers, driving incremental sales and maintaining 100% distribution on Hershey items.

You will partner with key decision makers, analyze store and market data, and lead merchandising and administrative tasks within the territory.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• 2-year degree or 3 years sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• Must reside within territory or be willing to commute within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships with key decision makers to drive sales.
• Analyze store, product and market data to inform actions.
• Engage in forward selling and maximize display opportunities.
• Manage merchandising plans and execute promotional activities.
• Complete daily/weekly activity reports and manage admin tasks.
