Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7–9+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.
• Ability to repetitively lift 25–50 lbs and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales in the assigned territory.
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
