Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to travel to customer sites in Monroe, LA. You will drive growth by securing new business, promoting products, and coordinating in-store promotions.

The role requires strong planning, reliable transportation, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and compliance. You will collaborate with retailers, manage inventory, and report on performance while representing the Reyes brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of related experience or HS/ GED with 4-5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage as required by company and state law.
• Employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 175 lbs. for keg product handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, coordinating promotions, displays, and POS materials.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact to maximize freshness and visibility.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
