Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a sales leadership professional to provide day-to-day supervision and development for the sales team in a defined territory. You will drive results in sales, displays, shelf positions, and pricing while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to stay aligned with company goals.

The role includes partnering with sales account managers to set objectives, manage follow-ups, and monitor performance via KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
High School Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.
Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, engage, and supervise assigned sales personnel.
Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment within an assigned territory.
Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
