Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Fort Worth District. The role focuses on flawless store-level execution, driving promotions and 100% distribution across Hershey items within high-volume retailers.

Responsibilities include consultative selling, data-driven planning, and maintaining strong relationships with KDMs to increase incremental sales. Relocation within the Fort Worth District is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
• Must reside/commute within territory boundaries.
• Must drive to multiple sales calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with customer KDMs.
• Develop and execute sales action plans with KDMs.
• Influence merchandising with strategic KDM relationships.
• Analyze store, product and market data to guide decisions.
• Plan routes to maximize sales call efficiency.
• Conduct store walk-throughs to maximize opportunities.
