Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Balt/Wash District. The role focuses on flawless execution of store-level sales and promotional plans with retailers in high-volume channels.

Relocation within the district and a valid driver’s license are required. You will develop consultative relationships, analyze data to optimize routes, and drive in-store merchandising while meeting promotional objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within territory boundaries.
• Must drive to make multiple sales calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at all levels.
• Partner and collaborate with KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Leverage data to analyze store, product and market trends and adjust routes for efficiency.
• Complete daily/weekly activity, expense and promotional reports.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain displays at store level.
