Hershey Company in the Delaware River territory seeks a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level execution and promotions. The role covers high-volume grocers and mass merchandisers, requiring entrepreneurial spirit and strategic selling.

Responsibilities include consultative partner­ing with KDMs, data-driven route optimization, and maximizing in-store opportunities. Strong communication, drive, and a willingness to commute across Media, PA and Wilmington, DE are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at all levels.
• Partner and collaborate with KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels of customers to achieve sales objectives.
• Leverage strategic relationships with KDMs to influence and negotiate customers’ merchandising support.
• Obtain and analyze relevant store, product, and market data to guide decisions.
• Review routes and modify plans to maximize efficiency of sales calls within territory.
• Maximize sales and display opportunities by conducting store walk-throughs and securing commitments from KDMs.
