Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive revenue in Texas. You will achieve monthly sales targets, expand distribution, and coordinate in-store promotions and displays.

You will regularly visit accounts, manage inventory, and ensure product freshness and correct placement to maximize shelf impact. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional heavier loads, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance as required by law.
• Role requires lifting products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions and coordinating displays and events.
• Maintain quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
