Job summary

The Hershey Company in Gilbert/Queen Creek AZ seeks a Territory Sales Lead to drive store-level sales and promotions with major retailers. You will execute merchandising plans, build customer KDM relationships, and use data to optimize routes and promotions for incremental growth.

Ideal candidates will have a GED or HS diploma, an associate degree or 3 years of sales experience, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. The role offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Partner and collaborate with KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Leverage data to optimize routes and promotions and maximize incremental sales.
• Conduct store walk-throughs to maximize merchandising opportunities and displays.
• Complete and submit daily/weekly activity, expense, and promotions reports.
