4Rivers Equipment in El Paso, TX is hiring a Territory Manager / Outside Sales to grow market share for construction and forestry equipment. You will build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and present quotes and financing options across your assigned territory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or related equipment industries, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or related construction/equipment industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow territory.
• Generate sales of construction equipment, attachments, and related solutions.
• Use CRM tools to manage interactions, opportunities, and follow-up plans.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and financing options.
• Conduct appraisals for trade-ins and inventory opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline and report sales activity to leadership.
