Versiti in Milwaukee seeks an Account Representative to drive field sales for blood drive programs, source new accounts and coordinate with partners to meet monthly collection goals. This role emphasizes performance, relationship building, and operational excellence.

You will prospect networks, schedule drives, manage site details, and collaborate with marketing and logistics to ensure successful events while delivering exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; assoc degree with sales/event exp considered.
• 1-3 years of direct B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong analytical, planning, strategic and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed monthly blood drive targets and optimize scheduling.
• Prospect and network to add new blood drive opportunities.
• Manage on-site needs and coordinate with organizations.
