Qualificações

• Outside sales/marketing experience is preferred.
• Public speaking to sell The Blood Connection to community groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with diverse groups and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and executes strategies to recruit and manage sponsor groups to meet territory goals.
• Establishes blood drive projections in line with resources.
• Develops sponsor leads and coordinates drive events.
• Represents The Blood Connection to groups and communities.
• Provides superior customer service to donors and sponsors.
• Educates the community through health fairs and presentations.
