Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Ohio is seeking an Account Representative to source and qualify new accounts and coordinate productive blood drives in the Dayton area. You will develop strategies to meet monthly collection goals while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in sales or event management preferable.
• Proven B2B sales track record and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds monthly blood drive targets and booking goals.
• Prospects and networks to add new blood drive opportunities.
• Identifies motivators within organizations to secure participation.
• Manages blood drive details, site suitability, and internal communications.
• Develops and maintains relationships with account contacts and leaders.
• Works with marketing to identify blood drive strategies and content.
• Keeps account records up to date with contacts.
• Adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
