Job summary

PMI U.S. invites undergraduates to 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. Participants gain hands-on field experience across Commercial, analytics, and business development, working with Territory Sales Managers in real market conditions.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with hybrid work options and multiple networking opportunities. Applicants should be enrolled in a bachelor’s program and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the territory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Join Territory Sales Managers on ride-alongs to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
