Job summary

PMI U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to provide hands-on experience in territory sales and commercial operations.

You will work closely with experienced sales leaders, spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and retailer engagement. The internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with flexible hybrid work through the Smart Work model.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation window December 2027 – May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with using data to generate business insights and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
