Job summary

PMI U.S. invites undergraduates to join a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending time in the field with Territory Sales Managers, analyzing market data, and supporting programs that grow territory performance.

This internship provides hands-on sales experience, professional development, and opportunities to present findings to business leaders at the conclusion of the program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using data to generate insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics or activities.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory performance reviews and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, CX, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
