Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern for a 10-week Field Sales internship (Summer 2027). You will work in the Commercial organization, shadow Territory Sales Managers, and participate in data analysis to identify opportunities in an assigned territory.

You will gain hands-on experience in retail execution, market research, and project delivery, while developing leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
