Job summary

PMI U.S. offers a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to give hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

You will work closely with territorial sales leaders to translate strategic plans into measurable marketplace results while gaining exposure to across-the-board business functions. Interns will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
