Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience through impactful projects, professional development, and networking with peers and leaders across Commercial teams.

The Territory Sales Manager Intern will work in the field, analyze market trends, and support growth initiatives while collaborating with sales leaders to translate strategic plans into marketplace results.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, activities, or work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
