Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 for a 10-week program from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027.

You will gain hands-on exposure to field sales, analytics, and retailer engagement while working with seasoned sales leaders across an assigned territory. You’ll ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
