Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program offers hands-on experience in territory sales, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across the Commercial organization in the United States.

Interns will ride with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and retailer engagement. Graduation window ranges for December 2027–May 2028.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
