Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience in field sales, commercial operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth. Graduation window December 2027–May 2028, valid US work authorization, and a $30/hour pay rate are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, organizations, athletics, or work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.

Responsabilités

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
