Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an undergraduate intern position in Field Sales for Summer 2027 in a hybrid work setting. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027 and focuses on hands-on experience through real projects and leadership exposure.

Interns work with Territory Sales Managers in the field, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth while developing professional skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student orgs, athletics, work, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship conclusion.
