Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers a 10-week experience in the Commercial organization, focusing on field sales, analytics, and business development for our smoke-free product portfolio.

Interns will work with experienced sales leaders, perform market analyses, and contribute to territory growth while gaining real-world exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
