Job summary

PMI U.S. invites undergraduates to join its Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. Over ten weeks, interns work with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and support retail initiatives to drive territory growth.

You will participate in ride-alongs, present findings to leaders, and build skills in sales, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to PMI's mission of delivering a smoke-free future.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
