Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern for Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in territory planning, retail execution, and commercial operations within a designated territory.

You'll work alongside Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, participate in ride-alongs, and present findings to leaders at internship end. This 10-week program runs June 7–August 13, 2027, with hybrid work options and opportunities to contribute to PMI U.S.'s smoke-free mission.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
