Job summary

ADP is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to close new business in a defined territory in Minnesota. You will participate in training, sell human resources solutions, and build strong relationships with HR leaders and executives.

You will manage multi‑step sales cycles, document activities, and support client implementation through live deployment, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Proactive self‑starter with upbeat, persistent style and fearlessness in cold calling.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in outside B2B sales.
• Ability to manage a territory, build relationships with HR and executives, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and sell HR solutions to new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with decision‑makers, set appointments, and gather leads.
• Manage multiple sales processes through all stages and support implementation.
