Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in industrial adhesives or B2B technical sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% overnight.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage distributors.

Responsibilities

• Grow and profitably maintain Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business within Northwest and North Central Ohio through distributors.
• Prospect for new business opportunities by visiting customers and distributors weekly.
• Sell products and services by determining customer needs at existing and new accounts.
• Manage CRM and project pipeline to track engagement and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing and other teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Implement strategies to support profitable growth of product lines in the territory.
