Job summary

Henkel in the Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a field sales professional to grow and profitably maintain our industrial adhesive business in Northwest and North Central Ohio, working with distributors and customers.

You will visit accounts weekly, tailor value propositions, train Authorized Distributors, analyze market data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This remote role requires up to 75% travel and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Self-starter who can use Henkel resources to maximize opportunities within the territory.
• Time and project management skills required.
• Team player who works well with others.

Responsibilities

• Grow and profitably maintain Henkel’s industrial adhesive business in Northwest and North Central Ohio through distribution partners.
• Prospect for new business opportunities by visiting customers and distributors weekly.
• Sell products by determining customer needs at existing and new accounts.
• Develop value propositions by matching customer needs with adhesive solutions.
• Educate and train Authorized Distributors to sell LOCTITE brand products and solutions.
• Analyze sales data to strategically prospect for new opportunities while managing existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and drive growth.
• Utilize Henkel’s CRM to manage sales engagement and pipeline; 25% overnight travel.
