Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Call on accounts and cover daily routes with an efficient pattern.
• Deliver sales presentations balancing company priorities with customer needs.
• Restock shelves and maintain product levels where legal.
• Ensure brand visibility using point-of-sale materials.
• Process payments and collect remittances where permissible.
• Educate account staff through training seminars on brands.
• Assist Merchandising during peak periods.
