Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Missouri. We are seeking a driven, energetic individual to join our team and grow with us. Prior sales or leadership experience is a plus but not required.

You will receive extensive training, virtual classes, and hands-on mentoring in your assigned territory. Your mentor will guide you through the sales process and advanced techniques to help you excel, with optional travel weeks to collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Proven drive to learn and grow, even without prior sales experience.
• Self-motivation and discipline to manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Work with the team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity each day.
