Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Kingsport, Tennessee is seeking an entry-level Outside Sales Consultant to grow a territory by locating and engaging small to mid-sized businesses with supplemental insurance solutions.

You will receive comprehensive training, work with a supportive team, and gain experience through direct client interactions, product showcases, and ongoing professional development. A strong drive and independence will be rewarded with performance-based promotions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered)
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (course provided, state fees reimbursed)

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
