Job summary

MSI is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth and development of sales for hardscape products in La Vergne, Tennessee. The role requires building strong customer relationships and providing training on products and effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, sales experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers Full-time hours with a mix of local and occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Industry experience is beneficial but not required.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel.
• Manage displays, samples, and sales tools.
• Prepare quotes and finalize sales contracts.
• Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities.

Skills

Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Bilingual in Spanish

Strong math skills

Education
