Responsibilities

• Use our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Personally visit local businesses, build relationships, and reservice clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio and hit targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and report it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity daily.
