Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven sales professional to join our growing team. You’ll participate in an extensive training program with virtual classes and hands-on mentoring in your assigned sales territory.

Your focus will be making calls, meeting clients, and supporting local businesses with top-tier health benefit plans. You’ll build relationships with owners, set and pursue ambitious targets, and have access to travel weeks with colleagues from other regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school experience; near-graduates may be considered.
• Active Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; fees reimbursed).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
