Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven, entry-level Territory Sales Representative to grow our supplemental insurance client base. You will receive comprehensive training and manage a personal territory, engaging SMBs across sectors.

Expect a mix of one-on-one meetings, product showcases, and group presentations to drive new business. You will schedule and conduct client conversations, build lasting relationships, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets while enjoying

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (study course provided; fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree or with relevant sales/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory and neighboring communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales team and manager.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily activity and sales metrics.
