Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; training and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network within the territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs with potential and existing clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Work with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily activity.
