Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated entry‑level Territory Sales Representative. You’ll receive comprehensive training and focus on selling supplemental insurance to SMBs.

You’ll manage a territory, perform client discovery, and present product demonstrations to groups of 50–100+ attendees. Key responsibilities include using Salesforce to build a client portfolio, scheduling meetings, and meeting sales targets with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible for Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (course provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Work with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales background will be considered)
