Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in South Carolina. You will engage with small to medium-sized business owners, perform cold calls, set up in-person meetings, and present our insurance solutions tailored to each client.

This role rewards relationship building, scheduling flexibility, and team collaboration. You will build your own book of business, meet monthly goals with your sales team, and have access to training, draw pay with bonuses, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Perform cold calling, set up face-to-face meetings, and present insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss upcoming targets and quotas.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
