Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in your designated sales territory. You will build relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, primarily through cold calling, and work with business owners to present Altitude's insurance solutions.

You will be responsible for prospecting, following up, and closing sales while continuously learning and adapting to market trends. An onboarding program and clear career path are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (≥4 years) in outside sales.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong communication, resilience, and ability to handle cold calling and field meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned sales territory and build a book of business.
• Prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
• Engage business owners and decision-makers; present Altitude's insurance solutions.
• Close sales and secure long-term commitments with follow-up meetings.
• Report sales activity daily and align with monthly targets.
