Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach in your assigned territory. You will engage small to mid-sized business owners, conduct face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's Insurance solutions designed for diverse client needs.

Successful candidates are natural communicators who can build relationships, set appointments, and manage their own schedule while contributing to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in outside sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred.
• Ability to manage a book of business and develop relationships with local business owners.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to offer insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
• Present to employee groups as large as 50–100+ people when needed.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets and quotas.
• Set your own working hours and submit them weekly.
